Alison
Practice Manager
Alison is our practice leader, her goal is to elevate patient experience. With her warm and welcoming approach, she helps you feel at ease from the first hello. She possesses a wealth of knowledge, graciously guiding you through your visits and care process. Her guidance along the way will help to ensure that your visits with us are convenient & seamless.
To her role, Alison brings nearly two decades of dental practice management experience. Prior to her time here, she was a long time practice manager of a restorative & cosmetic dental practice. She has completed numerous business management, clinical care, and concierge service educational programs earning certifications in multiple disciplines.
Away from PBC Perio, Alison enjoys the sunshine, boating and traveling with her husband and daughter. Her absolute FAVORITE pick me up is a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew.
Cayla
Patient Coordinator
Cayla coordinates your surgical treatment schedule, confirms benefits coverage, and helps make financial arrangements for care. She serves as our liaison between patients, our clinical care team, and the business office.
Cayla completed her Associates Degree at Indian River State College and is enrolled in the Dental Assisting program. We often find Cayla’s gentle demeanor helps you feel at ease throughout your care experience.
When she’s not at work, Cayla loves riding motorcycles and spending time with her family. Her favorite coffee drink is a non-fat, one-pump vanilla latte with two extra shots of espresso.
Sarah, RDAEF
Surgical Assistant
Your comfort is Sarah’s priority before, during, and after care. Sarah is an empathetic care provider who enjoys sharing her knowledge of periodontal care. She encourages good home care habits to help keep you well for life.
Sarah earned her Expanded Functions Certification in Dental Assisting from Florida Career College. She holds additional certifications in x-ray technology, administration of platelet rich fibrin and platelet rich plasma therapies. A lifelong learner, Sarah plans to continue her journey in higher education in the near future.
A true Floridian, Sarah loves to watch the sunrise or sunset on the beach with her friends and her dog. She’s always up on the latest Netflix shows. For a pick-me-up, Sarah grabs a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk.
Solange, RDA
Surgical Assistant
Solange helps to ensure that your time with us is met with comfort and ease. With her gentle and kind demeanor, Solange makes certain that all aspects of your surgical care are pleasant and efficient. She loves to lead with humor and is known for generating quite a few laughs along the way!
Solange earned her degree as a Certified Dental Assistant in Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as her Associates of Science in Nursing in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She also holds additional certifications in x-ray technology, phlebotomy, administration of platelet rich fibrin and platelet rich plasma therapies.
Solange loves spending time at the beach, boating on our waterways and spending time with her beautiful Bengal’s! She’s always up on the latest Netflix shows. For a pick-me-up, Solange enjoys sipping on a Café Mocha.
